DO YOU SHIP TO [MY COUNTRY]?
Shipping is currently set to the U.S. and Canada only. Due to regulations in the European Union and the United Kingdom, I no longer ship to European countries. Please email me at [email protected] to set up an order to a country not mentioned above.
Please note that customs duties, taxes, and other fees are not included in my prices, and there may be additional charges when you receive the package. The customer is responsible for these additional charges, so please check with your country's customs office before you place your order.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Estimated shipping times are as follows:
United States: 2-10 days
Canada: 1-3 weeks
Other Countries: 1-3 months
I send out orders once per week, so please allow up to 7 days for your order to be marked as shipped.
DOES MY ORDER INCLUDE TRACKING?
Orders containing only die-cut stickers are sent via letter mail and do not include tracking. If you would like tracking on an order that includes only die-cut stickers, please email me at [email protected].
All other domestic orders are sent via USPS Ground Advantage and include tracking.
CAN I GET A REFUND OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges once you have checked out, so please double-check before you make a purchase!
WHAT IF MY ORDER WAS WRONG OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT?
If your order was incorrect or damaged, please email me at [email protected] within 10 days of receiving it. Please include your order receipt and a photo.
WHAT IF MY ORDER WAS LOST IN THE MAIL?
Unfortunately, I am not responsible for what happens to your order after I drop it off at USPS. Please keep in mind that your package may arrive later than the estimated timeframe!
DO YOU SELL LARGE PRINTS?
I do not ship large prints personally, but you can purchase larger prints via my INPRNT store. I may also have large prints in-person at conventions. Please check Event Schedule for the conventions I will be attending!
